2.7.3. Managing user groups
The Docmenta system allows you to create user groups. You can add a user to one or more user groups. Furthermore it is possible to assign access rights to a user group. This way, user groups define the access rights a user has. The access rights of a user are the sum of all access rights assigned to the groups the user is member of.
Note: It is not possible to assign an access right directly to a user. Access rights can only be assigned to a user group.
